The Hoxie School has stood in Bourne, Massachusetts since 1901. Today, its classrooms sit empty and worn — waiting for a new purpose. With the support of Masters Touch and everyone who gives through this page, we can turn these tired rooms into safe, medically equipped apartments where immunocompromised children and their families can rest, heal, and simply be together.

Masters Touch has generously committed to directing all funds raised through this page toward the physical construction of the Anna's Pals Beach House. Here's exactly what that includes:

Core Construction & Facility Upgrades
Estimated Cost: $2,000,000
Conversion of 8 classrooms into two-bedroom apartments
Construction of staff and nurse suite on the lower level
Installation of medical-grade air filtration systems
Accessibility modifications (ramps, widened doorways, lifts, flooring upgrades)
Reinforcement of the existing building structure

Interior Enhancements & Special Features
Estimated Cost: $1,250,000
Gym restoration with new flooring, equipment, and ventilation
Media room transformation with theater seating, a big screen, and surround sound
Touchless fixtures, antimicrobial surfaces, and additional medical safety measures
Furniture, decor, and specialized amenities
