The Boston Children’s Hospital Bloodmobile will be in West Roxbury on Saturday, April 4th. Please mark your calendars and make an appointment to donate blood.

Donating blood is a simple yet powerful way to help save lives. Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood, and just one donation can potentially help up to three patients. The need for blood is constant, as it has a limited shelf life and cannot be artificially manufactured.

The Bloodmobile is a mobile donation center that travels around different communities, making it easier for people to donate without having to travel far. It is operated by Boston Children's Hospital, one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country. By donating through the Bloodmobile, you are directly helping children who are battling cancer, sickle cell disease, or other serious illnesses.
